Steal a Superpower Potions Guide: What Luck and Power Potions Do and How to Get One
Luck Potions improve your pack pulls and Power Potions boost your strength in Steal a Superpower. Here's what every documented potion tier does and how to redeem codes to get one.
Quick answer
Steal a Superpower has two families of temporary potion consumables: Luck Potions raise the chance of pulling stronger or rarer superpower cards from packs, and Power Potions boost your strength so you clear zones and boss fights with fewer tries. Both are documented in tier II and tier III, and the way to get one is to redeem a code — the potion is granted directly as an item you can check in your inventory.
- Luck Potion II, Luck Potion III, Power Potion II and Power Potion III are the potion tiers documented so far.
- Codes are redeemed from the Codes button in the top right corner of the screen.
- The [codes page](/codes) keeps the current list of potion codes and what each one pays.

The two potion families: Luck vs. Power
Potions in Steal a Superpower are temporary consumables, and they split into two families that solve two different problems. A Luck Potion tilts your pack pulls toward stronger or rarer superpower cards, which feeds the collecting side of progression. A Power Potion raises your strength, so a zone or boss that used to take several attempts goes down in fewer tries.
Both families are documented in two tiers so far: II and III.

How to get a potion: redeem a code
The supported way to get a potion is to redeem a code. Redeeming a potion code grants that specific potion directly, and it shows up as a claimable item in your inventory.
- Launch Steal a Superpower in Roblox.
- Click the Codes button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Type the code into the field that pops up, marked ENTER CODE.
- Hit the green REDEEM button.
- A green result line confirms the award — for example, Redeemed! +Luck Potion II — and the potion lands in your inventory.
Enter codes exactly as written to avoid typing errors, and keep in mind that code availability changes over time. Potion codes so far have granted Luck Potions — for example 20KLIKES and POTIONS — or Power Potions, for example 10KLIKES and 1KCCU. Treat those as recorded examples rather than a permanent list: the Steal a Superpower codes page keeps the current table with each code's reward and status, so check it before planning a potion run.
How long does a potion last?
Potions are temporary, so timing matters. The clearest duration figure comes from the developer's own Roblox group announcement for the 20KLIKES code, which described the reward as “3x Luck potion for 15 minutes” — a luck potion effect lasting 15 minutes. That figure is tied to that announcement; durations for the other potions are not documented, so do not assume every potion runs for the same 15 minutes.
When to pop a Luck Potion
Because the stronger or rarer cards come out of packs while the effect is active, a Luck Potion is best saved for a pack-opening session. While it runs, your pulls drift toward better moves, which also pushes you toward finishing the Index faster. Redeem a luck code, then open packs while the effect is still running.
For more on packs themselves, see the packs guide; the Index guide covers the collection those pulls feed into.
When to pop a Power Potion
A Power Potion boosts strength, which pays off wherever combat is gating your progress: zones that take too many tries and boss fights. Using one before a stubborn fight means the same encounter costs fewer attempts.
The zones guide and the combat guide cover the fights themselves, and if you want to raise your strength outside of potions, the how to get more power guide covers other routes.
