Steal a Superpower Noob to Pro: What to Do After the Tutorial, in Order
The order to follow after the tutorial in Steal a Superpower: open packs, place cards on holders for cash, clear the first zone, level a card, then beat bosses to unlock later areas.
Quick answer
After the tutorial, work in this order: open an ability pack, place your cards on holders, fight through the first zone, level up a card, then defeat the first boss. Every boss you beat opens the next area and drops more packs, which feed straight back into stronger cards and more cash.
Steal a Superpower runs on one connected loop rather than separate systems, so the order you do things in matters. Packs produce the cards, cards fight and earn cash at the same time, bosses gate every new area, and the packs bosses drop restart the cycle. The route below lines that up so a single session moves all three of your goals at once: stronger cards, steady cash income, and access to later areas.

- 6
Run the loop again with boosts
Stronger cards, more cash, more areas

- Equip your fighting card and place the rest on holders for steady cash
- Use upgrades, trails, auras and potions to keep clearing the next zone
The sequence comes straight from how the game is built. Cards do double duty: each one grants a unique superpower you can fight with, and it can also sit in your base generating cash while you are out fighting. That is why income comes second — you set up earning before spending time fighting, and that cash together with your upgrades keeps progression on pace.
What your first screen shows
A fresh save makes the starting point obvious: 0 Power, Level 1, and a 0/100 progress bar — numbers that climb as you play. Where everything sits on screen:

The loop that repeats
Those five steps are one rotation of the main loop, not a one-time checklist. You open card packs to receive ability cards, each granting a unique superpower. A card either gets equipped for fighting or placed in your base to generate cash. Your powers carry you through the zones, and defeating a boss opens the next area, lets you crack open its loot chest, and lets you carry its packs home — packs that open into more cards, so the cycle starts again with everything a little stronger.

Making your cards stronger
Two levers grow your cards. The first is leveling: every ability card comes with its own set of moves, and leveling a card up unlocks its most powerful ability, so the card you actually fight with is the one to level first — the how to level up cards guide walks through it. The second is pull quality: Luck Potions raise the chance of pulling stronger or rarer cards from packs, which gets you to better moves sooner and helps you finish the Index faster. Legend Packs work from the other direction, adding cards to your collection right away, and the extras can go straight onto base holders for steady cash. For what packs can contain, the packs guide, the card rarities list and the all superpowers list have the details.
Cash income that runs itself
Cash is meant to be passive. Cards placed on the holders in your base earn cash even while you are out fighting, and that income together with upgrades is what keeps your progression on pace. That is why placing cards on holders sits second in the order: every fight you start with holders already running is backed by cash you never had to stop and collect. The how to get cash guide covers the money side in detail, and the base guide and bench upgrades pages cover the plot itself.
Unlocking later areas
Access is boss-gated. Defeating a boss opens the next area, lets you crack open its loot chest, and lets you carry its packs home, so each boss is both a door and a delivery of new packs. The bosses you are climbing toward form the Dominus line, ending with Dominus Empyreus, the final boss of the game — the game's own description asks whether you can pull an Ancient card and beat it. The bosses guide, the zones guide and the how to unlock areas guide track that climb.
Systems that speed the loop up
Once the loop is running, four systems stack on top of it:
Tips
Upgrades, trails and auras
Boost your Power, Health and speed — the all-round stats that keep your progression on pace.
Kill streaks
Chaining kill streaks grants bonus multipliers and critical hits.
The Index
Completing the Index earns permanent rewards for every rarity you collect.
Leaderboards
Track Top Cash and Top Power — the two numbers this whole route grows.
The upgrades guide, the auras guide and the trails guide cover the stat boosts, kill streaks explains the multiplier chain, and the index guide and index rewards pages cover the permanent collection payouts.
Free boosters from codes
Before a long session, check the codes page. Codes provide temporary potions and the occasional pack: Luck Potions raise the odds of pulling stronger or rarer cards, Power Potions boost your strength so zones and boss fights clear in fewer tries, and a pack from a code goes into the same collection you have been building. The maintained Steal a Superpower codes page lists what is currently live.
Everything after the tutorial serves the same rotation: packs make cards, cards make cash and fighting power, bosses open areas, and areas hand back more packs. Keep all three goals fed by the loop — holders earning while you fight, your fighting card leveling toward its strongest ability, and every boss beat pushing the map open — and the climb from noob to the Dominus line is just the loop running at full speed.
